Terms of Service
Effective March 9, 2026
1. Service
PermitsPulled (“we”, “us”) provides weekly building permit lead reports for Southern California via email. Reports include permit data sourced from public records and may include contractor contact information obtained from public databases.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout (currently $49/month). Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the “Manage subscription” link in any weekly report email. After cancellation you will continue to receive reports through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
4. Data Accuracy
Permit data and contractor contact information are sourced from public records and government databases. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
5. Acceptable Use
Reports are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the data. You may not use the data for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PermitsPulled is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
