• UTM parameters - campaign attribution data from the URL you arrived from.

How We Use It

• Deliver weekly permit lead reports to your inbox.
• Process subscription payments.
• Send follow-up and transactional emails related to the service.
• Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PermitsPulled:

• Stripe - payment processing.
• Resend - transactional email delivery.
• Supabase - database hosting.
• Vercel - website and API hosting.
• Google Analytics - website analytics (when enabled).

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you unsubscribe and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from all emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Cookies

We use cookies only through Google Analytics (when enabled) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels in emails.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
